| Ninos qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1974 and worked with Arthur Young McLeiland Moores (now Ernst & Young) until 1978. He is a fellow of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals, a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner.
Ninos formed his own general accounting practice Alexander Lawson & Co in 1982 before specialising in insolvency in 1986. He has considerable experience of all types of restructuring and insolvency assignments, both personal and corporate, across a wide range of sectors and is a member of various charity organisations and community associations.
